Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged or dead on arrival.
- An incorrect item was delivered.
- An item is missing from your order.
To qualify for a return, customers must provide an unboxing photo or video within 12 hours of receiving the package.
Return Timeframe
- Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of product delivery.
- Returns are not applicable to customized products, discounted items, or gift packs unless the product arrives damaged.
Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- It may take 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that are damaged due to improper handling after delivery.
- Healthy plants that later deteriorate due to lack of proper care.
- Digital items, gift cards, or free promotional items.
How to Request a Return or Refund

- Order ID
- Unboxing video or photo
- Reason for return or refund
- Bank details (only if payment was made via manual transfer)
