1. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

• The product is received damaged, defective, or not as described.
• You report the issue within 12 hours of delivery.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any refund or replacement, it is mandatory to provide:

A clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the moment the package is opened.

This helps us validate the damage and ensure fair service to all customers.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

We do not accept refund or replacement requests in the following situations:

• No unboxing video provided
• Requests raised after 12 hours of delivery
• Minor leaf damage or plant stress due to transit (which is normal and temporary)
• Customer not available at the time of delivery

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
• In case of replacement, the new product will be shipped at no extra cost.
